RTC Junior Policies



Commitment and Registration:

The Junior Clinic Program is an 8-week commitment. A player is not officially enrolled in a program without full payment or confirmation of the payment method. Registration is not final until the payment has been processed. Players may enroll in the middle of the session. Classes will be prorated, and players will only be charged for the remaining classes in the session.



Payment is due in full upon enrollment. There are two ways to pay:

  • online using your credit or debit card
  • at the Tennis Facility with your credit or debit card only.



Riviera has a no-refund policy. In case of medical, health, or injury cases, Riviera Tennis Center will make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.



Riviera Tennis is only obligated to make up rain-out classes or closings.

We understand that there are circumstances where missing your clinic is inevitable, and we try to be as fair as possible with our make-up policy.

Players may come to another day offered within their level of play and the existing session to make up rainouts. Players may make up their rainouts in another session ONLY IF THEY REGISTER AND PAY FOR THAT SESSION. Players cannot roll over make-ups without payment.



Please be aware that we do not follow the school closing policy in terms of holidays. If Riviera Tennis Center closes, all clinic participants will be notified via email.


Rain Policy:

If you are worried about a class being rained out, you can call us up to 1 hour before that class time to find out if the class is still happening. Our phone number is 305-775-4727. DO NOT ASSUME A CLASS IS CANCELLED WITHOUT CHECKING WITH US FIRST. If the class is canceled, a text will be sent to all participants.



Riviera Tennis Center reserves the right to use pictures/videos taken of our players for publicity and advertising. If you do not want your child on social media, please notify Jane Forman.
